2023 Simcha Summer Camp Registration

Hello Simcha Campers!

We are so thrilled that you want to join us for our first-ever Simcha Summer Camp experience taking place right here on our Shomrei Torah campus. Please carefully read the information below, and make your selections based on your preferences.

A $100 deposit per child will be due at the time of registration.

Tuition includes a camp t-shirt, cost of all field trips, and two snacks per day. You will be billed for the full amount after registration and it is due by the first day of camp (either first or second week depending on your selection) 

Please pack your child a lunch each day without pork or shellfish

      Week 1     

     (07/31 - 08/04)      

For Children Ages 4-7 years old
(Incoming TK to 2nd Graders)
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
With a Family Shabbat Service on Friday 08/04 from 4-5 PM

Tuition
Member of ANY Synagogue - $325 for the week
Unaffiliated - $350 for the week

Week Overview
Monday - On campus / Havdala Theme
Tuesday - Field Trip / Howarth Park and Spring Lake
Wednesday - On campus / Classroom Safari to visit
Thursday - Field Trip / Sonoma County Children's Museum
Friday - On campus / Shabbat Theme followed by Family Shabbat at 4 pm



      Week 2     

     (08/7- 08/11)      

For Children Ages 8-10 years old
(Incoming 3rd to 5th Graders)
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
With a Family Shabbat Service on Friday 08/11 from 4-5 PM

Tuition
Member of ANY Synagogue - $325 for the week
Unaffiliated - $350 for the week

Medical Release 
By signing my name below, my child(ren) have permission to participate in the Simcha Summer Camp program held by Congregation Shomrei Torah. I authorize Congregation Shomrei Torah staff to obtain emergency medical care for my child(ren) in the event such care is indicated. I understand that every effort will be made to notify a parent/guardian prior to treatment.

Photo Release 
From time to time your child’s photo may be taken in our classrooms or special events. Images of your student(s) taken at Simcha Summer Camp events might be published on the CST Facebook page, the CST website or the CST mailed publication "the VOICE".  Children are never identified by name in publications. 
Pickup Permissions 
Payment 
After your $100 deposit is received for each week your camper is enrolled, you will be billed for the full amount of camp by Friday, July 14th 2023. Full payment is required by the first day of camp in order for your camper to attend.
