He/She/They/We: A primer on transgender identity for the caring, curious, and confused

    Wednesday, Jan 21st 7:00p to 8:15p
What does it mean to be transgender? Why are we asked to announce the pronouns that represent us? What’s the meaning of cisgender…intersex…gender fluid…non-binary…? If you’re confused and curious about questions like these, but unsure how to learn more, join us for this brief introduction to transgender identity. No previous knowledge is required! Just show up with an open heart and mind. Heads up, parents: This presentation, while not explicitly sexual in any way, necessarily includes appropriate reference to human anatomy, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Presented by Judith Richlin-Klonsky, Ph.D
