As we approach Passover, this class, taught by Alissa Hirshfeld, will focus on the themes of liberation and cultivating an open heart. We welcome those new to meditation and curious about the practice, as well as our regulars and those more experienced. It will be a time to continue to cultivate inner balance, calm, and peace. We will follow the sit with a catered dinner to continue building our meditation community. -
