Celebrate the Joy of Being Jewish at the community tallit workshop

We are going to make a tallit large enough to hold above multiple people for group blessings! Everyone is invited to contribute to this quilt-inspired tallit that will celebrate our community’s joy in being Jewish. It is for our community, and how wonderful that it will be created by our community! Please register to attend. We will have lightweight materials for creating your joy-inspired addition, including fabrics, embroidery threads, ribbons, fabric pens, and paint, along with other surprises.  If you want to bring your own materials, please ensure that they are very lightweight, remembering that the final work will be large and held over a group of people. Like to plan in advance?  Here are some ideas for imagery you might consider or sketch out prior to the weekend. I will also have images to inspire.
