On February 2nd, Matt Stevens from SMART Train will discuss details of the train’s budget and successes and goals yet to be achieved.

This comes at a meaningful time with the vote on March 3rd regarding extension of the 1/4% sales tax on the ballot. Come with your questions. Jerry Gladstone arranged this speaker and will be the host for this event.

On March 1st, Rabbi George will speak. He’s still gathering input on which topic we most want to hear from him, but as always, it will be entertaining and enlightening. If you haven’t heard, Bagel Club is now a cooperative venture. Various Shomrei members have suggested and arranged for speakers, and are also the hosts.
