Celebrate Hanukkah in style this year with a cooking demonstration followed by a three-course meal prepared for you by Chef Joshua where he will elevate some of his own family’s favorite Jewish food recipes for your delight and enjoyment. Dinner included!

Chef Joshua Schwartz, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute (NECI), is the son of CST members Sharon and Mark Schwartz.

Chef Joshua brings to us his experience at Michelin 3-star restaurants such as The French Laundry and Per Se, along with his many years as executive chef overseeing exclusive wine pairings and private events at a top Napa Valley winery.

Chef Joshua lives in Windsor with his wife, Samantha, and their three children, Asher, Gabriel and Lydia. They look forward to Asher becoming a Bar Mitzvah here at CST next June.
