In the movie, "Forgiving Dr. Mengele," Eva Mozes Kor (z"l) does the unimaginable; she forgives the "Angel of Death" who performed horrific and deadly experiments on Jews in Auschwitz, including Ms. Kor.

The movie explores Ms. Kor's reasons for her forgiveness, as well as other victims' reactions to Ms. Kor's decision. This is a difficult, thought-provoking, and uplifting film which we will watch together. It will be followed by a discussion and a short Selichot service at approximately 8:45pm, including changing the Torah mantles for the High Holidays.
