Join Rabbi Berlin and Erev Cantor Wisner for Shabbat Nachamu. Shabbat Nachamu (Sabbath of comfort) takes its name from the Haftarah read on Shabbat morning; Isaiah 40:1-26. The portion begins with the powerful repetition of the word, "nachamu," meaning “comfort," referring to God's comforting presence to the Jewish people after the destruction of the First Temple. Rabbi Berlin will speak on mental health comfort and Erev Cantor Wisner will sing songs to provide and inspire comfort.
