VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
This Holy Days, we are in need of volunteers to help with various activities. Here is a description of our volunteer opportunities:
GREETER: This year, we will be checking in guests at the door using a clipboard and a guest list (no seating cards). We will also need friendly faces to greet newcomers, and helping hands to pass out prayer books.
USHER: Along with staff provided by Center for Spiritual Living, help our guests find a seat and minimize socializing in the aisles.
SECURITY: To ensure the safety of all guests, we are asking for a few volunteers to assist our security team at both Shomrei Torah and the Center for Spiritual Living.
PARKING ATTENDANT: Assist with parking and work alongside our security team to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and bolster security efforts at the Center for Spiritual Living.

Dedicate a Prayer Book
Dedicating a Machzor (High Holy Day prayer book) is a longstanding Jewish tradition, an enduring way to express your support for Shomrei Torah, honor a friend or loved one, celebrate a lifecycle event, or remember someone you’ve lost. Book plates are available for $18 each and will be attached to the inside cover of a Shomrei Torah Machzor.
Click here to dedicate a book.
Borrow a Prayer Book
Books will be provided to those attending services in person. If you are joining us virtually and need to borrow a Machzor, please contact the CST office.
