What is Ruach?

Ruach (Hebrew for spirit) is our Teen Music Ensemble that performs periodically throughout the year at Shomrei Torah and community events. While there is no audition for this ensemble, instrumentalists that play in this ensemble are expected to have intermediate to advanced technical proficiency on their instrument. Vocalists are expected to be able to match pitch and have experience singing with instrumental accompaniment. While it is preferred for musicians to consistently participate in our calendared performances, teens can select performances based on their availability. Rehearsals prior to the performance are required fo perform. Please fill out the form linked above to join the roster for Ruach. Our first rehearsal is September 7th.
